On this course you’ll examine the Equality Act and discover, through real life case studies and people’s lived experiences, how discrimination impacts on peoples’ lives when we aren’t considered in what we say and how we behave.

Through drama scenes, recent employment tribunal cases and interviews with people who have experienced discrimination, you’ll develop your self-awareness to become more consciously inclusive and identify the steps you can take to support and inclusive environment at work.

This is interactive, video-based course, will take you about 3 hours to complete. You don’t have to complete the course in one sitting, it will save your progress.

At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to write your personal commitments to inclusion.
