Pre Login FAQ's

Access to the ted Learning HuB is restricted to our corporate clients. If your employer has nominated you to undertake training and development on the HuB you will have received a set of login credentials.

If you have not received these or have lost them, please use the support form to contact our team, who will reissue them to you.

If you have been supplied with an enrollment key to enable you to self-register, please complete the Enrollment Form

If you are an employer and would like a demo of the ted HuB, please use our Request  a Demo form.

If you have lost or forgotten your password, you may reset it here.

If you have forgotten your user name/email used to log in to the HuB, please contact our team using the support form opposite. A member of our team will contact you and provide the details required.

If you have been given an Enrollment Key to allow you to self register as a member of the ted Learning HuB, please complete our  Enrollment Form
