How is this course delivered
Virtual learning – this is where a classroom based experience is delivered online, via our ted Learning Hub.  Instead of a full day in the classroom, we break the session down into bite-size interactions.  Learners can join from any location and participate in the training experience.  Our virtual classroom features break out rooms, drama-based learning with our actors & discussions.
 We limit time in this environment to around 40-minute sessions to maintain learner engagement.

What is it?
A highly interactive, lively and fun course using professional actors and our experienced customer service trainer.
This course examines how to manage customer expectations, how to deal with situations when things don’t go according to plan and how to deal with any conflict situations that might arise.
We look at communication skills required to deliver messages in a concise, structured and polite way so that customers feel confident in the information provided to them, whether this is face to face, via the telephone or in written form.

An interactive online session which is a blend of actor scenarios, discussions, practical activities, explanations, and a chance to explore how different situations can be handled.
Our actors enable a chance in a safe learning environment to practice all types of approaches to delivering customer excellence and see which one is the most effective.
We will create real scenarios based on the setting and enable you the chance to see first-hand how to manage them.
