Unconscious bias is something we all have – and biases can affect you and others at work. Through this online Consciously Inclusive course, you’ll learn how by challenging your biases, you can create a working culture that enables people to feel safe and respected.

On this course, you’ll learn about unconscious bias through presenter led videos and drama scenes. These will feature examples of different types of bias.

Through interactive activities you’ll check your understanding of unconscious bias and ways you can challenge yours.

This course will take you less than an hour to complete. There is an end assessment and a course certificate.
