Mental Health Awareness – Your Role as a Leader
Elevate your leadership with 'Mental Health Awareness – Your Role as a Leader.' Tailored for managers, this 3-hour workshop provides deep insights into fostering mental well-being in the workplace.
This course is designed for anyone in a management role, giving an insight in how to manage mental wellbeing in the workplace.
This 3 hour workshop course is designed for managers and leaders who are responsible for others. Our Mental Health Awareness session must be attended first – we can deliver the two sessions together as a one day workshop if preferred.
How is this course delivered
Virtual learning – this is where a classroom based experience is delivered online, via our ted Learning Hub.  Instead of a full day in the classroom, we break the session down into bite-size interactions.  Learners can join from any location and participate in the training experience.  Our virtual classroom features break out rooms, drama-based learning with our actors & discussions.
We limit time in this environment to around 40-minute sessions to maintain learner engagement.
