Introduction to Mental Health Problems

Identify different types of mental health problems you may come across in the workplace, so you can recognise signs and symptoms and guide colleagues to support.

On this interactive, drama led, self-paced online course you’ll explore how often unconscious bias impacts our interacts with others and the decisions we make.

Using drama, we’ll introduce to you new manager Simon who’s finding it challenging working with his new team – partly due to his unconscious bias kicking in.

Through Simon and his team’s story, you’ll get to understand how are beliefs, values and past experiences affect how we perceive people and situations. When we become aware of our unconscious bias and how we treat each other, we can mitigate its impact in everyday work.
