In this self-paced drama led digital course our time management guru Jonathan, along with Focused Freddie and Chaos Chris, will help you explore well tested time management tips and strategies.

You’ll identify the habits which are currently sabotaging your ability to work productively and create new practices that work for you and allow you to maximise your time. Part of the course includes using the ted  “Getting stuff done workbook” to help you stop and reflect on what you’ll learn during the course.

You’ll be supported to create new practices that work for you and allow you to maximise your time.

Through lots of practical, reflective online activities, you will explore some theories and techniques of productive working and time management. You’ll have your own personal action plan to apply to your own situations and teams.

You’ll learn how to prioritise, eliminate time-stealers and tap into your own naturally preferred ways of working to maximise your productivity and get stuff done.
