Welcome to Claranet’s Inclusion, Equality & Diversity online course. This course is for Claranet leaders who are scheduled to attend the virtual leadership workshops on the 10th or 11th February. This course must be completed before then.

This interactive, drama led, self-paced online course will give you an understanding of the Equality Act – how it affects you as an employee, and the business as an employer. This digital course brings the Equality Act to life through drama scenes based on real life scenarios.

Equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace adds real commercial value as companies with a more diverse workforce report higher revenues and an improved company culture.

It’s a legal requirement and is the right thing to do – we all want to work somewhere we feel included.

What will I do on the programme?

An interactive, drama led online course which is a blend of acted scenarios, practical activities, legislation explanations, recent relevant case studies and a quiz at the end to check your understanding.

After the course, you will have a greater understanding of what the Equality Act 2010 means to you as an individual in the workplace.
