In this online course, we will help you unpick what makes a terrible conversation so you can be successful and have brave conversations. You will discover how to manage those challenging conversations in the workplace. And we’ll equip you with a toolbox of helpful models, techniques and skills to draw upon to positively influence the outcome of conversations with colleagues.
Through drama, you’ll observe Davina and her team of Malcolm and Angela, whose poor communication skills result in escalating conversations. Using their story, you will explore how different approaches can lead to a more positive outcome.

What is it?
