Black History Month

This course is thoughtfully designed for all, aiming to deepen understanding of Black History Month in the UK, exploring its origins, the contributions of Black Britons across history, and how individuals and organisations can actively celebrate and embed inclusion all year round. 

How is this course delivered?

We hate boring learning as much as learners do. Digital learning should be dramatically different and packed full of fun! Our mission is to deliver exciting digital training that’s fun, engaging and delivers long term measurable results.

This digital course has reflection activities for you to complete and key insights that bring Black history and lived experiences to life.

This course will take you around 30 minutes to complete and you can do it at your own pace.

This course helps you understand why Black History Month matters not just in October, but all year round.

You’ll gain awareness of the experiences of Black people in the UK and learn how to actively support inclusion and equality in everyday life.

You’ll also explore how celebrating Black history meaningfully can help challenge stereotypes and promote inclusion in the workplace.

What will I do on the course?

You’ll hear directly from Black voices, take part in reflection activities, and explore stories that celebrate Black achievements.

Through videos and interactive moments, you’ll reflect on your own role in promoting inclusion and equity.
