How is this course delivered
Virtual learning – this is where a classroom based experience is delivered online, via our ted Learning Hub.  Instead of a full day in the classroom, we break the session down into bite-size interactions.  Learners can join from any location and participate in the training experience.  Our virtual classroom features break out rooms, drama-based learning with our actors & discussions.
 We limit time in this environment to around 40-minute sessions to maintain learner engagement.

What is it?

A highly interactive course that uses multi-media, theory, discussions and practical activities to give a fully rounded training day, appealing to all learning styles.

You’ll explore best practices in training design and delivery, and look at how to check and assess learning.
What will i do on the programme?
Through a variety of activities and theatre-based learning, you’ll explore best practices in training design and delivery, and look at how to check and assess learning.
Later you’ll have the opportunity to deliver a snapshot of your own training session, receiving feedback from the ted Learning team and the rest of the group to support you in your further development.
What are the learning outcomes ?
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Deliver training that appeals to different learning styles to maximise learner engagement
- Demonstrate how to use effective communication skills to add impact and support engagement
- Design memorable training material that delivers the required learning outcomes and supports the assessment of learning.
