Back From Furlough Still at Home
This course is designed for employees who have been on furlough, are returning to work, but will be based at home still.
With the recent easing of lockdown restrictions, the government has encouraged many businesses to get their employees back to work and off Furlough.
For many though, doing this safely means working from home, requiring in a huge change in mindset for individuals to go from pottering to productive when their physical location and surroundings remain the same. This course, delivered via our virtual classroom in four bite-sized sessions will support employees at any level to adjust to their ‘new normal’ and the challenges this presents
How is this course delivered
Virtual learning – this is where a classroom based experience is delivered online, via our ted Learning Hub. Instead of a full day in the classroom, we break the session down into bite-size interactions. Learners can join from any location and participate in the training experience. Our virtual classroom features break out rooms, drama-based learning with our actors & discussions.
We limit time in this environment to around 40-minute sessions to maintain learner engagement.
