In this practical virtual theatre-based session, we’ll focus on how to negotiate effectively to build positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
How is this course delivered
Virtual learning – this is where a classroom based experience is delivered online, via our ted Learning Hub.  Instead of a full day in the classroom, we break the session down into bite-size interactions.  Learners can join from any location and participate in the training experience.  Our virtual classroom features break out rooms, drama-based learning with our actors & discussions.
 We limit time in this environment to around 40-minute sessions to maintain learner engagement.

What is it?
AÂ practical, interactive course delivered by an expert communication skills trainer and our 2 professional actors to support sales-focused employees of all levels to negotiate confidently and professionally.
What will I do on the programme?
Whilst we will reference some communication theories, much of this session is practical and very interactive.
Working with our actors we’ll look at the common pitfalls of negotiation, explore different techniques to use in different situations, and look at how to ensure our communication skills support our desired result.
What are the learning outcomes ?
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
