What are the challenges?

Our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion course is designed to bring the Equality Act 2010 to life. Through our unique drama scenes, based on real conversations. and case studies, we’ll showcase examples of discrimination across the 9 Protected Characteristics and the 4 types of discrimination and explore the impact of language and behaviour (both intended and unintentional). We will see how different lived experiences can impact individuals and how we create a more compassionate and inclusive place to work.
